Sexual Content Prohibition: Requests for sexual content, sexual implications, sexual innuendos, or the use of icons or images suggesting sexual meanings are absolutely prohibited.
Members retain the right to terminate their membership at any time directly through their account settings. Account suspension means that the member's profile shall be removed from all pages of our website and applications, becoming entirely invisible. We shall cease all communications, notifications, and administrative contact with the member. No other user shall be able to access their information or communicate with them. However, the email address, username, and phone number shall remain registered in our system.
Any member who has voluntarily suspended their account may reactivate it immediately and simply by logging into their account using their username and password and agreeing to reactivate the membership, without requiring administrative intervention.
In the event that you possess a personal profile picture or album photos, and you suspend your membership—whether voluntarily or due to administrative action for terms violation—all photos shall be automatically and permanently deleted after three (3) months without possibility of recovery. If your information appears on search engines such as Google or others and you wish to remove it, account suspension will assist in concealing this information, though not immediately. Search engines archive data on their proprietary servers, and we have no authority to contact them or remove such cached content. Typically, within several months of permanent account suspension, your information shall automatically be removed from search engine results. Should you encounter difficulties with this matter, please contact the search engine directly and request their assistance in removing your profile from their archives and servers. Our platform's responsibility is limited to account suspension; we bear no liability for any issues or inconveniences caused by search engine archiving of your data.
The administration reserves the right to suspend any account immediately without prior consultation, even if the account holds premium subscriptions such as Diamond Membership. For Diamond subscribers, the reason for suspension shall be clarified before or after the suspension. For free memberships, suspension shall be immediate without any obligation, warning, or prior notification. All suspensions shall be based on violations of the terms stated on this page and related usage policy pages.
The administration shall suspend any account that: solicits money or financial assistance; engages in fraud or deception; attempts fraudulent activities; maintains multiple accounts; engages in sexual discourse; triggers fraud detection by our artificial intelligence systems; or violates numerous other undisclosed provisions—all for the purpose of protecting subscribers and maintaining the credibility and integrity of our services.

Upon purchasing a subscription to upgrade your membership on Zawag.org or its associated applications, you agree to the following terms:
Immediate and Final: Under no circumstances shall funds be refunded after subscription, even if less than one minute has elapsed since payment. Once fees are paid, you forfeit any right to request or demand a refund. Many services on Zawag.org become immediately accessible upon subscription—such as access to phone numbers of female members, transmission of your contact number, and similar features—therefore, refunds are absolutely prohibited following subscription.
First Violation: Profanity, abusive language, or insults directed toward any other subscriber is strictly prohibited. Upon receipt and verification of complaints against a Diamond subscriber, chat functionality—specifically "Chat with Currently Online Members"—shall be suspended for seven (7) days as an initial warning for violation of general usage terms and conditions.
Second Violation: Any Diamond subscriber previously warned with a seven-day chat suspension who continues to violate terms or commits new violations shall have chat functionality permanently disabled without possibility of restoration.
Third Violation: Any Diamond subscriber whose chat functionality has been permanently disabled and who continues violations or commits new infractions shall have their subscription permanently terminated, after having received two prior warnings (first: seven-day chat suspension; second: permanent chat suspension). The subscriber shall forfeit all funds paid for Diamond Membership.
The use of the platform for the purpose of collecting subscriber data—rather than for the genuine intention of marriage—such as attempts by marriage bureaus, professional matchmakers, or similar entities, is strictly forbidden. Subscription shall be immediately terminated and subscription fees forfeited without warning. Any repetition or attempt to register another account shall result in closure immediately upon payment for upgrade to Diamond status, and you shall be permanently prohibited from using any of our services.
Any attempt to use the platform's services for the purpose of sex trafficking, solicitation, promotion, explicit requests, or implicit suggestions shall result in immediate termination of your Diamond account and forfeiture of subscription without prior warning. Any other account belonging to you shall be terminated immediately upon discovery, and you shall be permanently prohibited from using any of our services.
Dispute Filing: Any Diamond subscriber who demands a refund or files a dispute with various payment centers shall have their Diamond subscription suspended pending resolution of the case. The period of suspension shall be deducted from their subscription when Zawag.org prevails in the dispute. For example, if a Diamond subscriber has sixty (60) days remaining and files a dispute with relevant financial institutions, Diamond subscription shall be suspended until a final decision is rendered by the competent financial institutions. If, after twenty-five (25) days, Zawag.org prevails in the case, Diamond Membership shall be restored for the remaining thirty-five (35) days—after deducting the suspension period caused by the dispute.
Successful Chargebacks: Any Diamond subscriber who prevails in a dispute filed with financial institutions against Zawag.org shall have their membership immediately and permanently terminated and shall be blocked from using our services.
Payment Issues: Any Diamond subscriber experiencing payment problems or errors must contact us before communicating with competent financial institutions, so that we may assist them more quickly and efficiently.
In the event of an error or problem during payment resulting in duplicate or multiple charges, you may contact us to request a refund of excess payments or request a special offer to compensate for the remaining amount. Additional days shall be added to your purchased Diamond subscription, or the amount shall be refunded to you according to your request and Zawag.org's capability to process refunds. Not all financial institutions permit merchants to issue refunds. For instance, if you purchased the subscription through the Apple Store, we cannot refund duplicate amounts in our merchant capacity—you must request support from Apple through their official website or directly from your device through your account with them to recover duplicate charges.
Should all attempts fail, you retain full right to request additional days added to your Diamond subscription. This shall only be granted after confirming payment duplication, receipt of funds by us, inability to refund, or your explicit request not to refund the duplicate payment.
No portion of the amount paid for upgrade may be reclaimed, and the temporal duration of the upgrade is neither divisible nor fragmentable following purchase.
Any payment of an amount less than the price of Diamond Membership or special offers shall not result in upgrade, and service shall be suspended until you complete the deficient amount to reach the correct and complete sum appropriate for the offer you wish to purchase. You forfeit the right to request return of partial payment after its submission.
Diamond subscription cannot be transferred between any memberships. If you possess another membership and wish to make that one Diamond, such transfer is absolutely unavailable. From the time of purchase until expiration, Diamond status remains bound to the original membership in which the subscription was purchased.
Technical support for Diamond subscribers is subject to the technical support policies applicable to all subscribers. Response time from technical support staff may reach up to three (3) days maximum, with priority given to those who contacted us first. In exceptional circumstances, delays may be longer.
Any platform or application outage exceeding twenty-four (24) hours for maintenance or problem resolution entitles you to request compensation for the deficient period of your Diamond subscription resulting from the interruption, which shall be provided free of charge if we are delayed in adding the period equivalent to the service interruption.
